Committed to the offsetting of its carbon footprint, NUEVO in cooperation with OPTILOG Advisory Services has calculated the CO2 emissions arising from all its activities within the year 2021, according to the Green House Gas Protocol.
The data of both premix and surplus plants, in which complementary feed and premixtures for livestock are produced, were taken into account.
The carbon dioxide emissions per turnover decreased by 14% in year 2021 and equal to 0,056 Kg CO2 per sales in €.
Steadily approaching its net zero target, NUEVO is constantly developing its action plan, while implementing measures for its carbon footprint reduction.
