Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager at nuevo, you will be responsible for driving our marketing strategies and campaigns to new heights after successfully completing our internal training program. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a career in marketing, armed with a deep understanding of our company’s products, markets, and strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the company’s comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications.
  • Support the global deployment of our brands in the international markets
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Senior student in Marketing, Psychology, Ethnology, Business Administration, Agricultural studies Food Science, or related field.
  • No previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role is required.
  • Excellent organizing skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords.
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
  • Command of the English Language

Nuevo Group is a fast growing company specializing in animal nutrition and production. With market share in Europe, UK, Asia and Africa, we provide own-brand tailor made innovative nutritional solutions, premixes, speciality products and feed additives for all species of productive animals.
Nuevo Animal Nutrition Ltd Ireland was established in Cavan in 2020 and has been growing exponentially since then. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager that will help us expand our business!

 

Your Role

Your role will be to drive sustainable growth in sales by developing strong partnerships with our customers, particularly in the Pig and Ruminant sectors. You will:
• Develop our customer base, promote and sell our full range of products
• Manage all aspects of the sales process and liaise with operations teams to maintain service levels
• Provide timely sales data and work closely with our Technical Team to support client needs
• Gather market intelligence and provide insights into the business to contribute to the development of sales strategies
• Participate in industry events and support marketing initiatives to drive positive market awareness.

 

The Ideal Profile

The ideal profile would include:
• Experience in a similar Sales role or similar business, with proved successful results
• Adequate knowledge of and experience into the Pig or/and Ruminant sector, particularly Farmers and Feed Mills
• An agricultural qualification, knowledge of animal nutrition and understanding of the farming sector
• Hunger to grow skills, prove yourself and develop a rewarding career as the company expands on national and international level.
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of animal nutrition, identify customer needs and deliver appropriate responses and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
• A full clean driving license
